Cancellation Returns & Refunds Policy

At buddhainternational.co.in  , we always try to give you the best shopping experience. However, opened or damaged products cannot be reused and we never accept exchange or return of opened or used products once they are sold or delivered.

• Buddha International is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

• If you have quality issue, we exchange the product but exchange will be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. You can contact at info@buddhainternational.co.in  (For all queries)

• We accept products if they are sealable condition with original seal in undamaged

• All rights of return and exchange is reserved with Buddha international.

• Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

• Exchange process will be completed within 7 – 21 days once request accepted.

• No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.

• There will be some discount if products are picked from shop.

• Sold in a physically damaged condition.

• Has missing parts or accessories

• Product will only be exchanged and cant be returned in any condition.

Cancellations are allowed without any question asked with reversal of full amount paid by the customer. However, it is allowed only till the time product is not shipped from our warehouses. Once product is shipped or delivered, cancellation will not be allowed.
